VFW Post 2486 hosts Trivia Event at Knights of Columbus Hall
Trivia Event is Back!
This is a fundraiser to help support our local veterans in Lake County.
Register before August 1, and receive 5 FREE raffle tickets for entry into the 50/50 Cash raffle.
Come out and test your trivia knowledge against local residents and earn the honor of being named the TRIVIA Genius. The top three winners of the Trivia event will receive donated prizes from local businesses.
The Trivia event will be at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 365 Surryse Road in Lake Zurich. Opens at 2 pm.
Snacks and Food, provided by Semper Fi. Drinks (cash bar) provided by KOC.

VFW Post 2486 Presentation of Plaque to Mr. Syverson II, Honoring His Son, Major Paul Syverson III
Lake Zurich American Legion Post hosted a banquet for America's 250th Anniversary on June 13th. Part of the ceremony involved the presentation of a plaque honoring a local Medal of Honor recipient, Major Paul Syverson III, and was received by Mr. Syverson II. VFW Post 2486 is named in Memory of his military service.
